Business Strategy
Shaped Like Games
At Ló&Co., I work with creative founders and established professionals, who know their craft but find themselves at a crossroads. Through games and movement, and futures thinking, we explore possibilities, test decisions, and shape what comes next.

This methodology is for you if ...
- You have experience, clients, maybe a team, but feel scattered or stuck.
- You are not looking for shortcuts or someone to tell you what to do, but for a way to think better before acting.
- You work in experience-driven fields where judgment, nuance, and human insight matter.
- This approach is not for everyone. It is designed for leaders willing to pause, reflect, and decide deliberately.

Hi, I’m
Myriam López
After three decades in big media, leading creative and brand strategy at Showtime, MTV/VH1, and The New York Times, and teaching design at Parsons School of Design, my work now focuses on helping people align purpose with profitable action as they build their businesses.”
My approach blends strategic thinking, with embodied awareness. Just like in Pilates, everything begins at the centre. I help founders breathe through uncertainty, regain focus, and make decisions that fit the person and the business in front of me.
And if you’re curious: Ló&co. comes from López and “co.” stands for company and collaboration, but it also means “crazy” in Spanish. Because you’ve gotta be a little nuts to be an entrepreneur.

The Lo&Co Way ™
The Ló&co. Way™ is a mentoring methodology designed to cut through complexity, clarify priorities, and improve decision-making.
Each session uses games, movement, and experiential discovery to shape business strategy. By slowing down at critical moments, decisions become clearer, more grounded, and built to hold when conditions change.
There are no templates, formulas, or funnels. The work is shaped around your experience, your context, and the real constraints you are operating within.
At the core is The 6 Zones™ framework: a sequence of strategic shifts that turns clarity into action.

Kind Words

If you're building something that requires both creative rigor and the ability to draw out the best in the people around you, she's someone you don't come across often.
"I worked alongside Myriam on the front lines of entertainment for years, and what I remember most isn't any single campaign. It's the standard she held, consistently, project after project, in an industry that will happily let things slip. Her work pushed the creative envelope without losing the thread of what the project needed to do.
Myriam understood the difference between creative for its own sake and creative that lands.
What separates Myriam from other Creative Directors I've encountered is how she leads. I was her student before I was her peer, and I watched her read people with an accuracy that still impresses me. She could see what someone was capable of before that person could, and she was patient enough to wait for it to surface."

Working with Myriam made the work better and the process less exhausting. That combination is not something you find easily, and once you've worked alongside it, you notice its absence everywhere else.
"Throughout the time we worked together at Showtime, Myriam demonstrated a rare ability to conceive campaigns that resonated across diverse audiences, not as a checkbox but as a natural extension of how she thinks. Her creative vision and her values were never in tension. They were the same thing.
Myriam brings something to creative work that's harder to name than talent: a genuine commitment to doing it right, and to doing it inclusively.
She is also, in the practical sense, exceptionally reliable. In an industry built on managed chaos, Myriam meets deadlines without sacrificing quality. She brings focus and energy to the room without the performance that often comes with it."
